  1. Eat Healthy  

 

 

First and the most important tip about eating right is to avoid heavy deserts and too many chocolates and coffee. Rather go with the healthy and benefitting ingredients for your deserts. Sugary substances and milk solids in cakes and chocolates work as srota (channel ) blockers in body , which leads us to major diseases. Add  Cinnamon and cardamom in your cakes and chocolates as they unblock channels, have ginger bread made with some extra ginger, go for apple pie for fruity benefit of apple , You can add Cinnamon too in that.

In Ayurveda, stress is known as the biggest enemy of health. Nowadays the busy lifestyle and poor eating habits lead us to stress. With power of meditation we can win over stress. Take out 15-20 minutes of your daily routine and do meditation – PRANAYAM, which will relax your mind and body and it will help you channelize your energies and relax your mind.

With holidays around the corner you will like to fit in that amazing dress you bought for Christmas evening. But don’t worry if you indulged in that extra piece of cake. Think positive and stay happy, especially when the season is so jolly and cheerful. Use essential oils for relaxation and massage with essential oils to get that calm and relaxing feel. Essential oils like Lavender and Rose oils are known for their relaxing properties and helps sound sleep.

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water. In winter season warm water will help you stay warm and to keep your stomach light add some lime and turmeric in warm water which is the best morning cleansing water and it cleanses guts. Turmeric even helps with the damage of liver due to excessive alcohol.
