1. General Body Pain

During this procedure. generally two trained therapists will lightly massage your knee with warm and medicated oil which is Vata balancing. And then warm medicated oil is filled over the knees, by making a doughnut shape area encircling the knee. This entire procedure takes about 30 minutes. 3. Arthritis
Ayurveda also has great help for those suffering from arthritis or the Osteoarthritis, a condition with chronic pain and limited mobility. This is a painful condition and the disease gradually worsens if not properly taken care of. There are aggravated symptoms of pain, stiffness and lack of flexibility in the joints. 5. Back Pain
