Janu Basti is Authentic Ayurveda procedure to relieve you from knee pain. During this procedure, generally two trained therapists will lightly massage your knee with warm and medicated oil which is Vata balancing. And then warm medicated oil is filled over the knees, by making a doughnut shape area encircling the knee. This entire procedure takes about 30 minutes. This is one of the best known Ayurveda treatments for knee pain.
Kati Basti for Back Pain – This is bathing of the lower back with medicated oil or herbal decoction. After a gentle massage of the lower back, using herbal dough, a round doughnut shaped tank is formed and medicated oil is poured into it.
Abyanga Massage for Pain Relief and Vata Balancing
Abhyanga Ayurvedic massage is full body massage with medicated Vata balancing oil. This is performed at an Ayurvedic Center by two therapists using synchronized strokes along with providing pressure at the advised Marma points.
