Nowadays Joint pains are common ailment being experienced by masses all over and the most common among them are the ones that are being experienced the most by over exerting or stressing the joint too much – namely, shoulder, ankle and knee joint. Basis the Ayurvedic approach, joint pains are a major cause and concern which arise out of diet and lifestyle conditions like imbalanced diet, excessive stress, overexertion or lack of exercise and an overall improper use of the joints. Obesity and Hereditary factors could also be blamed for the joint pain.
It is believed that there are two types of joint pains:
1. One, in where the joint hasn’t been adequately nourished, is low on bone density and therefore the joint is weak; which can then start degenerating and eventually lead to immobilization.
2. The second, where in the Ama is held responsible. The undigested waste or the toxins that accumulate in one’s body get their way into being stored in the joints making them stiff and heavy. This can then lead to swelling and pain in the joint. This is the kind of joint that can aggravate in pain especially in the cold weather.
As for relief, it takes simple steps to get through to the core of the problem and relieve the eventual issue.
