- Vata gets aggravated in the rainy season. This is the time when the aggravation in the humor causes easy production of TYPE – V of diseases.
- Autumn is the season in which this dosha gets alleviated.

- The aggravation time of this humor is considered to be in the autumn season. And this results in causing more ailments of TYPE P of diseases i.e. all those maladies in which there is dominance of the fire humor of the body.
- Early winter is the time or season when this humors shows signs of mitigation.
Dosha Healing and Seasons Effect on Kapha Dosha
- The Kapha Doshas is believed to get accumulated in the early winters, as this is the time when water becomes cold, clear and heavy by nature. (This is in harmony with the properties of the phlegm humor).
- The season when this particular body humor tends to get aggravated is the spring. Therefore this is the time when the ailments showing dominance of the phlegm humor are on the rise.
- In summers the Phlegm humor becomes naturally alleviated.
