1. For Cough and Cold

Take about one small teaspoon of powdered Liquorice and mix well with honey. After that, have this twice a day for relieving cough, cold, phlegm and chest congestion.

Take 3 to 5 grams of powdered Liquorice along with cow’s milk as a natural home remedy for hyper-acidity and also to heal stomach ulcers.

3. For Digestion Maladies –

Liquorice may be recommended for a number of digestion ailments like constipation, hyper-acidity, vomiting and peptic ulcer.

You may mix powdered Liquorice and Triphala churana in the ratio of 2:4 respectively. This mixture is to be taken in a dose of one teaspoon at bedtime along with warm milk.
