Try These Home Remedies When Suffering From Common Cold
Throughout the seasonal transitions every year one visitor that knocks onto our door of health without a miss and is an unfailing challenge for our body resistance is the common cold. Rightly adhering to its name, this is the most common feature of health testiness regardless of the age, sex, and place or work environment. Although researches have proved that coryza or common cold triggers off more easily in people who are more sensitive to allergies or who lead a more stressful life.
Although seemingly quite a harmless ailment, yet at the same time when you have the attack of cold, you are a dubious sufferer. This is because you are unable to categorize yourself among the diseased or the hale.
How it Affects?
Common cold might just set out abruptly with tickling sensation in the nasal tract. In no time one is suffering from with running nose, bouts of sneezing, watering of the eyes and obstruction of nasal passage. Along with continuous discomfort, fever, sore throat, headache and sinusitis and ear infection may also soon set in. This makes it needful to curb the trivial looking problem of cold at the right time so as to forbid its spread and severity. Also, once chronic, it becomes all the more difficult to get rid of this seasonal apathy.
Ayurveda view:
5 types of colds have been specified in Ayurveda text
- Born out of vitiation of air body humor.

- Chronic cold born out of all the three humors.

When medicine is needed?

At the same time, care must be taken to avoid lingering on of this malady, lest it turns severe and chronic.
