Ayurvedic Spa Menu

The Ayurvedic spa menu is generally designed and customized to your particular needs. The Ayurvedic spa therapist would use specific oils, herbs, and aromas chosen to provide you with optimal balance and nourishment for your mind and body constitution. Along with all the regular procedures, the Ayurvedic spa therapist would help you to identify and acknowledge the basic dosha that is dominant within your system.

For example, in case you are a Vata individual or having Vata imbalance, you may be advised Shirodhara with Vatta pacifying herbal oils in your Ayurvedic spa menu. Or in case your Pitta dosha is aggravated, then your Ayurvedic spa menu would have soothing, cooling and relaxing crèmes or aromatic oils which would be inculcated in Abhyanga. Also, in case you need to balance Kapha dosha, Ayurvedic spa therapist would recommend a stimulating Swedana in your treatment. Ayurvedic spa menus incorporate Ayurvedic  Panchkarma as the five specific therapeutic modes of overall purification, detoxifying the body, strengthening the immune system and restoring your natural well-being. The Ayurvedic spa menu would thus also propose Rasayana therapy wherein particular Rasayanas are advised by the Ayurvedic spa therapist or Ayurvedic doctor are both preventive and curative Ayurvedic formulations.

Ayurvedic  Rasayanas are especially included in Ayurvedic spa menus for individuals who are more concerned about a health issue or are experiencing physical discomfort or emotional uproar. Rasayanas also contain anti-aging
healing modalities!
