Excellence of Ayurvedic Healing and Ayurvedic Treatments
Ayurveda guides every individual in the proper choice of diet, living habits and exercise to restore balance in the body, mind and consciousness, thus preventing disease from gaining a foothold in the system.
Ayurvedic treatment is based on the principles of three doshas or the diverse energies that make up every individual, which perform different physiological functions in the body.
The Ayurvedic treatment depends on your unique Prakruti which is the manifestation of your primary and innate dosha, and the balance between the same.
The main objective of Ayurvedic treatment is to cleanse your body of undigested food called Ama, which tends to stick to the inside of your body and thus makes you sick. This cleansing and detox process is called Panchakarma. The Panchkarma Ayurvedic treatment is used to reduce any symptoms and re-establish harmony and balance.

Ayurvedic Science is Distinct

Ayurvedic treatments and therapies are focused on restoring the diet and lifestyle balance and believe that all individuals with varied dosha type is unique and there is no diet or lifestyle routine that works for everyone.
  • Even while taking up Ayurvedic treatments, prevention is always the prime consideration.
  • Ayurveda focuses on providing specific advice and guidance on how to maintain physical, mental and emotional health.
  • In Ayurveda therapy, the very approach towards treatment focuses to eradicate the disease from its roots. The aim is to do away with the basic cause of the disease and to ensure no new ailment should emerge as a consequence.
  •  Food and lifestyle routines are considered the most important medicine. If you visit an Ayurvedic doctor with a complaint, you are more likely to leave with a detailed diet chart and lifestyle transition sheet than with a prescription for pills.
