Naturopathy recommends mud-packs, mud massage, mud-bathing i.e. bathing while scrubbing the skin along with mud instead of soap and assortment of other utilities of mud, yet it is also suggested that you just keep some careful tips in mind.
- You need to be aware that the mud that is being used has been before hand properly cleaned and filtered.
- And, it would work better if the mud is also kept immersed in water for at least twelve hours.
